TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lemon suppliers (hereinafter referred to either as "Lemon suppliers" or "we the suppliers") agrees to rent out to you a motor vehicle on the basis of these General Rental Conditions, which incorporate the information and conditions stated in the Rental Agreement, which you have signed.

Through the renting of the said motor vehicle you accept the conditions of the Rental Agreement and those of the General Rental Conditions and you undertake to comply with them in every detail.

Lemon acts solely as an intermediary platform, and all liabilities, charges, and enforcement of policies are the responsibility of the supplier with whom the rental agreement is made.
